Just for women. There are a lot of programs out there for everyone but this one has been created specifically for the women of Moore County who are eager to build their connections and their confidence in a safe space together.
For ALL women. The Small Town Social® welcomes women from ALL walks of life throughout Moore County and beyond. This event supports all women, not just moms, military spouses, or business owners.
Age range. This event is 21+. A wide range of ages will attend between 30-65yrs. Women in their 70s and 80s love our events too!
More than Moore. This event supports the women in our local community but attracts women from as far as Raleigh, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Raeford, Cary, Durham, and even Virginia, Vermont, and New York!

This event is specifically designed to attract and serve a very niche audience of local women across Moore County and surrounding areas. The Small Town Social® hosted its first GLOWcon event in March 2024 and welcomed over 120 guests, some from as far as New York, Vermont, and Pennsylvania. The group grew exponentially following GLOWcon and the launch of its VIP membership community, POWERHOUSE.
Now, in its 6th year of operation, The Small Town Social® currently supports thousands of women across North Carolina and beyond. In Fall/Winter of 2025, The Small Town Social will be expanding it’s offerings to the Wake/Raleigh/Durham/Cary area for even more women to experience and enjoy.

The official announcement for GLOWCON 2025 is EMBARGOED until August 20, 2024. Please do not share information about the show publicly with anyone until this date.

ASAP: Upload your logo, headshot, links and bio to your HoneyBook account for show promotion. The sooner you provide these items, the sooner we can start promoting you as a show partner!
AUGUST 20, 2024 UNTIL SHOW DAY (7 MONTHS OUT): LAUNCH DAY! Hype up your audience leading up to the show for the best exposure and re-share support. This promotional window means massive exposure potential for you and your brand. We highly recommend that you plan your content and email calendars accordingly to maximize this incredible opportunity. Always tag @thesmalltownsocial @glowconsts @mslizfleming on Facebook and Instagram so that we can Like, Share and Comment - we love supporting you!
OCTOBER 20, 2024 (5 MONTHS OUT): The pre-show marketing meeting with Liz will take place on this date from 11AM-1PM at Twelve Million Plus in Southern Pines. Please mark this date on your calendar for this meeting. Attending this meeting is not required but is highly recommended. This service is included in all partnership levels to help partners maximize their show marketing promotions well in-advance of the event and get personalized coaching support from Liz and her team in-person.
DECEMBER 20, 2024 (90 DAYS OUT): Email your promo offer(s) for tables and/or swag bags, and gift basket list to (hello@thesmalltownsocial.com) for approval by this date. Remember any offers must be exclusive to GLOWcon guests. For the swag bag, your promotional item can be no larger than a 5x7in postcard due to space restrictions. You are responsible for designing and printing your own items AND making sure they are delivered on-time.
JANUARY 20, 2025 (60 DAYS OUT): Deliver your promo, any products, and gift baskets by this date to allow time for assembly. As per your contract, all participating show items are due 8-weeks before the event (which is this date: January 20). Please email hello@thesmalltownsocial.com to coordinate a day and time to drop off your items. You’re also more than welcome to drop off your items before this date.
MARCH 19, 2025 (DAY BEFORE SHOW - DIAMOND AND PLATINUM SPONSORS ONLY): Table set up for Diamond and Platinum Partners is Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 10AM-3PM at The Fair Barn. THIS SETUP DAY IS MANDATORY. YOU MUST SET UP YOUR TABLE ON THIS DAY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOW. Table setup is not allowed on the day of the event, immediately before or during the program, as it will cause disruptions.
MARCH 20, 2025 (SHOW DAY!!): Yay! Show day! On this day you’ll get to reap the rewards of your hard work and enjoy yourself. ***Not all partner levels require attendance AND not all sponsor packages include complimentary tickets so PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT AND PURCHASE A TICKET AS NEEDED IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND.
DIAMOND AND PLATINUM SPONSORS (REQUIRED TO ATTEND): You must be at The Fair Barn ready and at your table by 8:00AM (doors are at 8:30AM). You are in charge of cleaning up your table after the event concludes at 4PM. Unless there is a true emergency, you cannot leave the show or break down your table before 4PM as it will cause massive disruptions and impact guest experience.
GOLD, SILVER, AND BRONZE SPONSORS (NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED): You are not required to attend this event. However, if you wish to join us, make sure you’ve purchased a ticket. We highly recommend attending in order to maximize your exposure for this partnership. We would love to shout you out from the stage and snap some photos!
MARCH 21 - APRIL 4, 2025: And, now, we rest…kinda. Post-show emails begin distributing on March 21 and continue through April 4. During this time you will also receive the GLOWcon guest list and your partner show recap and fulfillment report for review. We highly recommend prepping your show follow up emails well in advance of this date so you can automate them to fire off during this same timeframe. It will reduce your overall workload and increase ROI. This is the week when your new leads will be the hottest, don’t let them go to waste!
