Liz started The Small Town Social® in March 2018 when she first moved to Pinehurst, NC + wasn’t sure how to make friends as a grown woman. Today, six years and over 50 events later, The Small Town Social® supports thousands of women throughout the area (and beyond!) with its popular socials, immersive personal + professional development workshops, off-site retreats, and annual women’s conference, GLOWcon, attracting women from as far as Raleigh and Charlotte, NC, Virginia and New York.

As an award-winning marketer by trade, Liz brings her 13+ years of public relations and communications experience to The Small Town Social® — a pivotal reason why the group has seen such exciting growth over the years. She’s been interviewed by Forbes and Business Insider, and frequently speaks at events around the country about the power of relationship-building and networking.

Liz is also a mom of two, Hudson and Mena, a military spouse (Army), book lover, nature enthusiast, and writer (her first book is currently in the works!).
