Elisabeth (Liz) Fleming is a Certified Quantum Life Coach, podcaster, and author who helps ambitious women embrace self-love so they can reclaim their power and live with unapologetic joy.
She’s the founder of The Small Town Social®, creator of GLOWCON™, and the Self-Love Studio™ and she’s been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, and BizWomen for her industry leadership and community work.
With a background in communication, personal growth, and women’s empowerment, Liz brings a warm, relatable, grounded approach to helping women feel confident, connected, and supported.
